On top of the cliff overlooking Lake Kekakabic in the Boundary Waters.  Ancient, wild, and extraordinary view in the heart of the wilderness.

Why I Work for Conservation Minnesota:
  Because I want my kids to enjoy all the outdoor experiences that I have and the best way to do that is to help all Minnesotans see the connections between the decisions we make and how they affect the quality of our outdoors.

Favorite way to spend a day:  Bike 50 miles before breakfast, hike in a park with the kids, kick back in a hammock with a Surly Bender, paddle our canoe to dinner at Tin Fish on Lake Calhoun, go to a concert at the Minnesota Zoo… Ahhh….

Last big vacations:  Boys canoe trip in the eastern Boundary Waters, Costa Rica, Black Hills, hiking southern Arizona
