Join Conservation Minnesota and Whole Foods Co-op in discussing the ins and outs of a plant based diet and  the environmental impact of what you eat! Learn how going vegan for Earth Week can reduce your carbon footprint. We'll learn about vegan restaurants in Duluth, grocery shopping tips, and new recipe ideas.

Learn about invasive buckthorn and its effects on the greater St. Cloud area. After a brief talk, local artist Sarah Drake will put on a charcoal art workshop to teach attendees about fun ways to create art using charcoal made from buckthorn. This event is fun for all ages.
