HF 669 provides over $233 million for the Department of Natural Resources, funding asset preservation, building betterment, forest nursery improvements, flood hazard mitigation, parks and trails development, tree planting and reforestation efforts, and public land acquisition. The bill also provides over $380 million to the Public Facilities Authority, funding the Water Infrastructure Funding Program, matching federal funds for the Clean Water Revolving Fund, the Point Source Implementation Grant Program, and various local water infrastructure projects.
