The bill provides $2 billion in total funding for provisions such as the Fond du Lac Elk Reintroduction Proposal, the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund Appropriations, the Lawns to Legumes Program, the Soil Health Practices Program, electric vehicle rebates, preweatherization funding, and the Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority, and more.
