The SF 959 Environment & Natural Resources Omnibus Bill contains measures that would deregulate several areas related to the conservation of Minnesota's waters. These deregulations include: limiting requirements for transporting potentially diseased minnows, making it easier to drain and destroy rare water-treating calcareous fens, eliminating safeguards against reckless and harmful manure spreading, etc. Over 28 conservation rollbacks were included in the SF 959 Omnibus Bill. This amendment would remove them.
